Intero Real Estate Services is the first real estate brokerage to use iphone technology designed by Terabitz. What this application does is allow an iphone user to type in a street address, or MLS# and find a home that is for sale. I have been trying it out on my iphone. It works really well. You can even place the Terabitz icon on your homescreen (this way you do not have to type in the URL)
When you go to search you choose the criteria that you want such as minimum price, maximum price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, city, zip code and chose a sort from most expensive to least expensive. Once you have put in your criteria touch go. The program lets you know that your search has found properties. Then the pictures appear of the property with the price, bedroom, bathroom, square footage and MLS#. You can choose driving directions to the property, to view the entire listing with all the information that is available, contact the listing agent and even explore the neighborhood. Explore the neighborhood allows you to look at the elementary schools, recent sales in the area, restaurants and photos of sites in around the neighborhood. It is available to view by maps or by list, which shows you pictures.
Terabitz and Intero have brought home searching to your pocket. As other iapplications are designed it can only enhance this piece of technology…. your iphone.
